What we collect

• Account email when you sign in (via Supabase Auth).
• Conversations and business profile when you use cloud sync.
• Email address when you subscribe or request an adoption plan.
• Anonymous usage analytics via Plausible (no cookies, aggregated).
• Affiliate click and tool-interest logs (tool id, page source, and a salted one-way hash of your IP for abuse prevention — never your raw IP address).

Payments

Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Your data

Your conversations and business profile are stored on your device and, if you sign in, synced to your account. You can clear the copy on your device at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site. To delete your account, your synced conversations and memory, or any other data we hold, email hello@smbai.io and we will action it promptly.
